We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. We may update this policy occasionally, to remain in-line with new legislation or company practices.

We obtain personal data when you voluntarily share it with us, for the following reasons:

 

·      Non-Personal Identification Data – we may collect information (e.g. browser name, computer type, behaviour, cookies) while you are exploring this website, via tools like Google Analytics. This does not identify you and would only be used as conglomerate data to further improve the user experience of this website.

·      Prospects – you may submit details (including name, email address and a message) to us via the contact form on this website. These enquiries will be stored securely in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. They will be used only to discuss the nature of your enquiry.

·      Customers – if you engage with The Performance Culture, we will continue to store your data in our secure CRM system. Any files created for conducting our services with you will be stored securely.

 

We have adopted appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices. Your data is protected against unauthorised access and will not be shared with third parties for marketing processes.

 

We ensure our data processors (e.g. CRM) are GDPR compliant, with storage in the EU or USA (Privacy Shield) compliant only. Your data will be retained as a prospect for 3 years, and client for 7 years.

 

Access rights

To obtain a copy of the personal data we have retained, please email us with ‘Subject Access Request’ as the subject. We will process this free of charge – unless requests from one subject become excessive – within 30 days.
